After completing this rigorous program, students receive two certificates – a Technical French Culinary Arts Certificate from Institut Lyfe Executive Education, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management from Woosong University.
Progression Opportunities:
Students can progress to complete a French Bachelor’s degree in International Culinary Arts Management at Institut Lyfe (formerly Institut Paul Bocuse), France, on the 4th year;
Applicants will be required to meet the minimum entry equirements specified for the course, as stipulated by InstitutLyfe for admission.

The Institut Lyfe Executive Education-WSU Department of Woosong University is also a member of the Alliance. The Alliance network is a unique leading global network of excellence in higher education gathering 26 partner schools and universities across 4 continents. Its goal is to promote and develop the professions in hospitality, food service and culinary arts management while keeping the cross-educational experience as a fundamental pillar.
It is separate from the programs offered by Lyfe Executive Education and is designed as a way for schools to work together, learning, and sharing best practices.
The program also gives 50 students from Alliance member schools a unique opportunity to share an international experience in Lyon, France. A 10-week program during the Spring-Summer season brings Alliance students to the Institut Lyfe campus to study, share, and benefit from an international experience. Coursework helps students perfect their technical skills and discover French culture, while sharing their own culture with other participants.
Our university selects some of the best students to attend the Alliance program each year through a highly competitive process. Students earn academic credits during the Alliance program, but those who would like to participate in this program are responsible for their own airfare, tuition, and dormitory fees. The Culinary Arts department requires standardization of uniforms and dress related to the department.
