Multifunction Smart Card Issuance Guide

• What is a Multifunction Smart Student ID Card?

  In partnership with Hana Bank, library access, book loans and returns using IC-based student ID, prepayment and postpaid payment for convenient use on campus, such as transportation card, student cafeteria use, check/credit card payment, etc. Ubiquitous Student ID with One Card Service.

• Multifunction Smart Card Issuance Guide

  • Students themselves apply for non-face-to-face applications using smartphones.
  • What to prepare: Cell phone under your name, resident registration card or driver's license, ID photo, boarding place
  • Search "Young Hana" or "Hana Bank" on the portal site through a smartphone. Install the Hana OneQ app.
  • Subscribe to Hana Q or access the QR code at the bottom. Subscribe to the Hana Q app.
  • Open a non-face-to-face account (product name: Young-na Plus bankbook) and apply for issuance of a student ID check card.

• How to Reissue your Student ID?

  Immediately report the lost card to Hana Bank (1588-1111, 1588-1155).
  To request for reissuance please visit the Student Welfare Center on the 3rd floor of the Student Center (W16).
  Visit the Hana Bank Daejeon Station Branch to activate the new card.

International Students Card Issuance Guide

Go to the university information system, Log-in with ID and password, Academic Management > Student Management > International Student ID Card > Online application > Payment of student card issuance, international student card issuance or card non-face-to-face delivery after visiting the Student Welfare Center

※ Short-term student: No student card issued (only security card for dormitory)
