Leave of Absence

• (Department in Charge and Procedures) Department in Charge → Administrative Teams such as ISS, SolBridge, SIS
• Conducted after consultation (approval) procedures in accordance with academic changes such as leave of absence and expulsion.
• Chinese International Student: Pre-registration with ISS → Consultation → Notify the academic department and department in charge.
• International Students from Other Countries: Register with the International Administration center (IAC) → Consultation → Notify the academic department and department in charge.

University Withdrawal
