Facilities / Equipment

The Culinary Arts Department at Woosong University has state of the art facilities. In our commercial kitchens, students have access to the industry’s best equipment.

Woosong University boasts 36 kitchens which includes three bakery labs, a cooking studio, 4 student-run restaurants, and a multi-million-dollar kitchen. All of our kitchens and labs are located in the Woosong Tower and the Culinary Arts Building on campus.

Students are able to utilize these facilities as part of student organizations, for preparation of competitions, and during their classes.

Lab (4F)

A fully equipped commercial kitchen for culinary students to engage and ensure the best possible learning experience.

Cooking Studio/Auditorium

A fully equipped cooking studio with auditorium seating allows for students to get an intimate view of guest chefs and special lectures.

Practice Area

Fully equipped kitchen and dining area where students get realistic practice on running a kitchen as well as experience serving guests.

Staricco

A student-run restaurant where they get practical experience in a real cafe / restaurant.

Lecture Rooms

Equipped with a projector, whiteboard, and computer provides a perfect environment for learning.

Locker Room

Students change into their chefs uniforms and keep personal items while attending practical classes. In the culinary arts building - W12

SolPine - W13

Located on the top floor of Woosong Tower, SolPine is a fine dining establishment where students get experience in all aspects of the fine dining industry.
