We would like to inform you about the Second Leave of Absence Application Period for Fall 2025. Please review the details below and ensure that you submit your application within the designated period if you wish to take a leave of absence. 

1. Application Period

• Dates: August 25, 2025 (Monday) – August 29, 2025 (Friday)
• Eligibility: Only students who have completed tuition payment

2. Required Documents and Application Process

• Process: Fill up the application form > Consult with your Department Chair > Submit the application form to W19 218.

3. Important Notes

• Applications will not be accepted outside the designated period. Students planning to take a leave of absence must strictly adhere to the deadline. (Exceptions apply to military leave and medical leave.)
• Applicants must submit a tuition payment receipt along with their leave of absence application during the application period. (Applications without a tuition payment receipt will not be accepted.)
