Woosong Festival 2026: One City, One Stage, One Community 첨부파일

On May 6 and 7, Woosong University hosted its 32nd annual Woosong Festival under the theme One City Festival — Where Wishes Unfold. The two-day celebration brought together students from across all colleges and departments, alongside local residents, for a lineup of performances, competitions, cultural booths, and campus-wide festivities.

The theme One City Festival was born from something that already exists at Woosong — a campus where students from dozens of countries and cultural backgrounds study, live, and grow together every day. That reality became the inspiration for envisioning the campus as a symbolic city of its own, one where boundaries of nationality, culture, and academic field dissolve, and where everyone belongs to the same community.

The festival was built around the slogan "Where Wishes Unfold" — a vision of a space where individual hopes and aspirations could come together and flourish. More than just a celebration, the festival was designed to foster genuine communication and mutual understanding among all participants, ensuring that no student felt left out and that everyone had a reason to show up and take part.
One Stage: Talent & Vocal Competitions
Students took center stage on both days through the One Stage competitions, featuring a Talent Division and a Vocal Division. This year's winners were:

Talent Division
  • Grand Prize: Kim Woo Min — School of Fire Protection & Safety
  • Excellence Award: AIEP Dance Club
  • Outstanding Award: Kirishchyan Hasmik — SolBridge International School of Business
  • Popularity Award: Kang Seo Jin — Culinary & Food Service Management, School of Culinary Arts

Vocal Division

  • Grand Prize: Kim Jin Young — Department of Culinary Nutrition
  • Excellence Award: Kim Dong Hyun — School of Fire Protection & Safety
  • Outstanding Award: Ashirbaeva Kankey — SolBridge International School of Business
  • Popularity Award: Lee Da Eun — Culinary & Food Service Management, School of Culinary Arts
Performances from headline artists closed out both days of the festival. Day 1 featured Keyveatz, 양치기소년단, and fromis_9, while Day 2 brought 10CM and Dynamic Duo to the stage.

Throughout the festival, student-run food booths, interactive activities, and global cultural booths lined the campus, creating an atmosphere where students could move freely, try new things, and connect with people beyond their usual circles.

A special thank you to the Woosong 32nd ONE Student Council for organizing this year's festival and bringing the One City Festival vision to life.
