[Summer 2026] Summer Semester Internship Application 첨부파일

1. Eligibility

• Enrolled students in their 3rd year or above

2. Internship Period: Summer Semester 2026

• June 22, 2026 (Mon) – July 24, 2026 (Fri), minimum 4 weeks (3 credits)

* When completing documents, even if the internship lasts one year, all training periods must be written according to the semester applied for.


3. Application Period

• Internship application deadline: Submit documents to the department office (W19 Room 218) by May 8, 2026 (Fri), 17:00
• Course registration period for internship: May 20 (Wed) – May 22 (Fri), 2026

Students who apply within the application period must register for the corresponding internship course (~Internship) during the course registration period.

Detailed guidance will be provided after the internship application is completed.


4. Required Documents

A. On-campus (Submit in person to department office)

1. Application form & personal statement
2. Insurance consent form
3. Personal information collection and usage consent form
4. Internship agreement 
• Leave the [Training Institution] section blank and submit the original
• No correction tape; no photocopies

B. Domestic (Submit in person / by mail or registered mail)

1. Application form & personal statement (student)
2. Insurance consent form (student)
3. Personal information consent form (student)
4. Internship agreement (original) (company/student)
5. Acceptance letter (company)
6. Pre-inspection checklist (for new participating companies only)
7. Job description (company)
8. Operation plan (company)
9. Student assignment list (company)
10. Business registration certificate (company)

C. Overseas (Submit by email if already abroad / otherwise by mail or in person)

1. Application form & personal statement (student)
2. Insurance consent form (student)
3. Personal information consent form (student)
4. Internship agreement (school/company)
• Company signature required in the lower right section
5. Acceptance letter (company)
6. Student assignment list (company)
7. Business registration certificate (company)

• Domestic and overseas internship forms differ; use the correct format
• Business registration certificate is required in both cases
• For English documents for overseas internships, contact the office


5. Submission of Final Report

6. Credits Based on Internship Hours

 Term  Minumum Duration  Minumum Hours Credits
 Summer/ Winter 4 weeks  160 Hours
3 credits

If minimum duration and hours are not met, credits will not be granted. Please calculate your hours in advance.


7. Instructions for Document Preparation

1. The duration in the “Internship Operation Plan & Job Description” and “Internship Agreement” must match the number of credits you intend to earn
• Since the seasonal semester is short, follow the winter semester format when writing internship duration
2. For on-campus internships, only the following 4 documents are required:
• Insurance consent form
• Personal information consent form
• Application form & personal statement
• Internship agreement (leave [Training Institution] blank and submit original)

8. Important Notes

1. If the internship does not begin within 1 week from the semester start date (June 22, 2026), it will not be recognized

2. Summer internships must be at least 4 weeks and 160 hours
3. Working hours must not exceed 40 hours per week; night work (after 6 PM) and holidays are not allowed in principle
4. You cannot apply if you are registered as the representative of the company
5. Internships must be related to your major
6. For overseas internships, submit documents via email. Only email submissions are accepted to prevent omissions. Domestic internships must be submitted in person or by mail
7. Internship agreements must be submitted as originals (in person or by mail)
8. Review internship regulations carefully. If exceptions are necessary, obtain prior approval from the department office. The office will not be responsible for issues arising without prior notice
9. International Students cannot participate in domestic internships unless permitted under visa regulations. Students must receive approval from the Immigration if working with payment.


9. Overseas Half-Tuition Scholarship Application

• Students applying for overseas internships who wish to receive a half-tuition scholarship must submit the following documents:

• Internship support application form (company signature required)
• Pledge form
• Confirmation form
• Participant expense form
• Copy of bankbook (under student’s name)
