If you are enrolled for the Spring 2026 semester, please carefully review the following important information regarding tuition payments, deadlines, and payment methods.

Key Dates & Deadlines

• Tuition Invoice Available:
    February 16, 2026 (Monday) – 10:00 AM KST

• Installment Plan Application Deadline:

•   February 20 (Fri), 2026  - 18:00 KST

• Full Payment Period (Without Installment):
     February 23 (Mon) – March 6 (Fri), 2026 | 09:00–17:00  (Excluding weekends and holidays)

• Tuition Payment (With Installment Plan):

• 1st Payment Period: February 23 (Mon) – March 6 (Fri), 2026 | 09:00–17:00
• 2nd Payment Period: March 23 (Mon) – March 27 (Fri), 2026 | 09:00–17:00
• 3rd Payment Period: April 20 (Mon) – April 24 (Fri), 2026 | 09:00–17:00
• 4th Payment Period: May 25 (Mon) – May 29 (Fri), 2026 | 09:00–17:00

Invoice & Installment Application

• Check your tuition invoice and apply for the installment plan through the Woosong University Smart Campus App or Woosong Info System.
• Instructions can be found below.

Payment Methods

• Hana Bank Electronic Transfer: (Internet banking, ATM, or in-person at the bank)
• If you encounter transfer limits, please visit the bank in person to request a limit adjustment.
• ALIPAY (For Chinese students)
• BIDV (For Vietnamese students)
• Flywire (For all international students)

 Debit Card Payments: Reflected in the system after 17:30 KST on the payment day.
 Ensure the exact invoice amount is paid within the designated period to avoid transaction failures.

Important Notes

Mandatory & Optional Fees

 Mandatory: Spring 2026 tuition and insurance fee must be paid.
 Optional: Seasonal Tuition/ Summer 2026 tuition (can be paid later if unsure about enrollment).

Installment Plan Application & Payment

• After installment plan approval, reprint your invoice.
• Missing the first installment will result in automatic cancellation of your installment plan.
• Missing the second installment will result in courses being unregistered.
• Failure to pay subsequent installments may result in expulsion.

0 KRW Tuition Cases

If your tuition is 0 KRW due to a full scholarship or return from a Leave of Absence, you must still complete the ‘0 KRW registration fee payment process’ and pay the insurance fee.
 Steps: Log in to WSU System → 등록 (Tuition) → 등록관리 → “등록금0원수납처리”
 Note: Foreign students must pay the insurance fee even if tuition is fully covered.

Extended Semester

• Students in their extended 4th year may have tuition changes depending on the number of enrolled credits.  

Payment Deadlines & Refunds

• Spring semester tuition is mandatory. Winter semester and student union fees are optional.
• For international students, insurance is mandatory.
• Winter semester tuition may also be paid separately in December.
• No individual refund will be provided for winter session; however, refunds will be automatically processed for students who do not take winter courses after checking enrollment post-winter session start (expected by late December to early January 2026).  

International Bank Transfers

• If paying from an overseas bank account, payment must be made in USD.
• Contact us (Retention Team) for a separate USD invoice.

Consequences of Non-Payment

 Failure to pay tuition on time may result in expulsion.
 If you plan to take a Leave of Absence, your tuition must be fully paid before approval.
