The Credit Cancellation (Withdrawal) period for Spring 2026 will take place from April 6, 2026 (Mon) 09:00 to April 10, 2026 (Fri) 18:00 (KST).

Please note that this process is different from the Course Drop Period. The Course Drop Period applies to courses you are currently taking this semester and will be announced after the midterm exams.

Eligibility & Key Information:

• Only students in Year 3 or above are eligible
• You may cancel up to 9 credits during your academic program (one-time only)
• Only courses with grades between C+ and D are eligible (B-, P/F grades are not eligible)
• Once approved, the course and grade will be permanently removed from your transcript

While credit cancellation may help improve your GPA/CGPA, please carefully consider the following:

• It may affect your academic progress and graduation timeline
• Cancelled credits will reduce your total earned credits
• Cancelled courses cannot be retaken, and the decision cannot be reversed
