Real world, hands-on experience is the key to success and that’s why the Restaurant and Entrepreneurship program has several pop-up restaurant sites for our Restaurant and Entrepreneurship students. Here, students create their own pop-up restaurant. Prepare the menu, restaurant design, business model, and then bring your plans to fruition. Opportunities like this allow future restaurateurs learn what it is like to start a restaurant from scratch. After graduation, your experience doing a pop-up will allow you to avoid any of the pitfalls first timers have while trying to create their business.

In the Restaurant and Entrepreneurship industry, participating in internships and on-site training is essential. Our program has developed industry partnerships at companies like Black Sheep (HongKong), Pierre Sang Restaurant (France), and various hotels around the world.
