Facilities / Equipment

The Restaurant and Entrepreneurship Department at Woosong University has state of the art facilities. On our main campus, students have access to industry’s best equipment and chances to work in one of several student-run restaurants.

Woosong University has four student run restaurants. Students participate in practical classes in these restaurants to gain authentic experiences. Also, gain the experience of opening a restaurant with the “Avant Scene” class project. Student groups have to conceptualize, design, run, and even find investors for a popup restaurant.

Woosong also boasts 36 kitchens throughout our campuses. All of the kitchens, labs, and practice restaurants our department uses are located in the Woosong Tower and the Culinary Arts Building on campus.

Students are able to utilize these facilities as part of student organizations and during their classes.

Lab (4F)

A fully equipped commercial kitchen for culinary students to engage and ensure the best possible learning experience.

Cooking Studio/Auditorium

A fully equipped cooking studio with auditorium seating allows for students to get an intimate view of guest chefs and special lectures.

Restaurant Practice/Dining Area

Fully equipped kitchen and dining area where students get realistic practice on running a kitchen as well as experience serving guests.

Staricco

A student-run restaurant where they get practical experience in a real cafe / restaurant.

Lecture Rooms

Equipped with a projector, whiteboard, and computer provides a perfect environment for learning.

Locker Room

Students change into their chefs uniforms and keep personal items while attending practical classes. In the culinary arts building - W12
