We would like to inform you about the Leave of Absence Application Period for Fall 2025. Please review the details below and ensure that you submit your application within the designated period if you wish to take a leave of absence. 

1. Application Period

• Dates: July 21, 2025 (Monday) – July 25, 2025 (Friday)
• Eligibility: Only students who have completed tuition payment for Spring 2025

2. Required Documents and Application Process

• Process: Fill up the application form > Consult with your Department Chair > Submit the application form to W19 218. 

3. Important Notes

• Applications will not be accepted outside the designated period. Students planning to take a leave of absence must strictly adhere to the deadline. (Exceptions apply to military leave and medical leave.)
• Applicants who did not apply during the first application period may do so during the second period after paying the Fall 2025 tuition, and must submit the tuition payment receipt. (Applications without a tuition payment receipt will not be accepted.)
