The Course Registration Period for the Spring 2024 Semester has been announced. Please read the information below carefully and check your email nearer the time for more information sent by the administrative assistants (TAs), including the course list.
**There will not be any other period for course registration for enrolled students, so all students must register during the period below. Exceptions to this are only in cases of cancelled/merged sections or other special cases, as well as Freshman Course Registration Period.**
Course Registration Procedure
Course Registration Period: 2024.01.15 (Mon) ~ 2024.01.19 (Fri) at 17:00 KST
Course Registration Method: https://wsinfo.wsu.ac.kr
Course List will be announced later.
Eligibility: Students enrolled by Fall 2023 and students who are returning for the Spring 2024 semester.
Course registration credits: 2016~2023 students - up to 18 credits, Transfer students - up to 18 credits
Note: You should apply for the maximum number of credits possible, unless you are in your graduating semester and need fewer credits. After the Course Registration Period is over, you will not be able to change course registration.
Note: Complete course registration as early as possible to have more choice in course selection.
Note: When applying for courses, check they are the right courses in terms of department, date, time, section, etc. Some courses have specific sections for international students only.
Note: For Track/Track Minor, check depending on the department (e.g., if you are Global Management with Hotel Management as Track Minor, choose Hotel Management Major Elective (ME) courses). If you plan to take Korean Track Minor in the future, it is recommended to register for Basic Korean 1 and 2 first as Korean Track Minor is conducted in Korean language.
Note: For special courses, e.g., PAMS courses, completing an expression-of-interest form opens access in the infosystem only; course registration still needs to be completed and students should ensure it is not a course they have completed before.
Note: If you are planning to do an internship or exchange during the Fall 2023 Semester, you can still register for classes now in case the internship or exchange does not proceed.
Note: You must register for at least 9 credits in the main semester to be recognised as an enrolled student (except students graduating in February 2024) and at least 15 credits to maintain eligibility for a scholarship. Consider what types of credit you need to take in order to be eligible for graduation on time and not be disadvantaged. You are allowed to register for up to 20 credits if you maintain a GPA of at least 4.15.
