The Second Leave of Absence Application Period for Fall 2023 Semester is announced. This period is only for those with special reasons to apply and who have paid tuition in full by lump sum. Please see below for more details.

Second Leave of Absence Application Procedure

Second Leave of Absence Application Period: 2023.08.21 (Mon) ~ 2023.08.25 (Fri) 18:00 KST.

Second Leave of Absence Application Method: Complete the attached form and return a clear scanned copy to your TA along with valid evidence.

Note: If you have personal reasons that mean you will not be able to take classes in the Fall 2023 Semester, it is important you apply for Leave of Absence. 

Note: Applying for Leave of Absence ensures you are not marked as a "non-registered student" or placed on Compulsory Leave of Absence/Expelled.

Note: If you are currently on Leave of Absence, but need to extend this for personal reasons, complete the Extension of Leave of Absence Application Form.
