The Second Course Registration Period for Fall 2023 Semester is announced. This is only for students who were not able to register earlier for valid reasons (see list below). Please read the information below carefully.

Second Course Registration Procedure

Second Course Registration Period: 2023.08.16 (Wed)~2023.08.18 (Fri) 09:00~18:00 KST 

Course List:  Fall 2023 Semester Timetable (do not apply for any section highlighted red - they are either closed, merged or not applicable)

Course Registration Method: https://wsinfo.wsu.ac.kr - the attached guide has instructions on course registration.

Eligibility: Students in the following categories only may apply:

- Students returning from any kind of Leave of Absence or Expulsion and Change of Major students
- Students with a 4.15 GPA or higher (in the previous semester) who are eligible to take up to 20 credits
- Students who haven't registered for any classes or registered for fewer than 9 credits
- Students with closed/cancelled classes or who have a course schedule conflict

Note: You should apply for the maximum number of credits possible, unless you are in your graduating semester and need fewer credits. After the Course Registration Period is over, you will not be able to change course registration.

Note: Complete course registration as early as possible to have more choice in course selection.

Note: When applying for courses, check they are the right courses in terms of department, date, time, section, etc. Some courses have specific sections for international students only.

Note: For Track/Track Minor, check depending on the department (e.g., if you are Global Management with Hotel Management as Track/Track Minor, choose Hotel Management Major Elective (ME) courses). If you plan to take Korean Track Minor in the future, it is recommended to register for Basic Korean 1 and 2 first as Korean Track Minor is conducted in Korean language.

Note: For special courses, e.g., PAMS courses, completing an expression-of-interest form opens access in the infosystem only;  course registration still needs to be completed and students should ensure it is not a course they have completed before.

Note: If you are planning to do an internship or exchange during the Fall 2023 Semester, you can still register for classes now in case the internship or exchange does not proceed.

Note: You must register for at least 9 credits in the main semester to be recognised as an enrolled student (except students graduating in February 2024) and at least 15 credits to maintain eligibility for a scholarship. The maximum number of credits is 18 (or 20 for those with a very high GPA). Consider what types of credit you need to take in order to be eligible for graduation on time.

It is advised that you check your course registration one more time to ensure you have all the credits that you need for Fall 2023 Semester. This can be done via the infosystem or Woosong app. If you cannot find your previously registered class from the list, it means the class is closed/cancelled or your registration is cancelled as you are not eligible for the course (e.g., it is taught in Korean-language, etc).
