Leave of Absence Application Procedure

Leave of Absence Application Period: 2023.07.24 (Mon) ~ 2023.07.28 (Fri) 18:00 KST

Leave of Absence Application Method: Complete the attached form and return a clear scanned copy to your TA along with valid evidence.

Note: If you have personal reasons that mean you will not be able to take classes in the Fall 2023 Semester, it is important you apply for Leave of Absence. 

Note: Applying for Leave of Absence ensures you are not marked as a "non-registered student" or placed on Compulsory Leave of Absence/Expelled.

Note: If you are currently on Leave of Absence, but need to extend this for personal reasons, complete the Extension of Leave of Absence Application Form.

Note: There is a later second period for Leave of Absence Application (2023.08.21 (Mon) ~ 2023.08.25 (Fri) to be confirmed), but only for those who have paid tuition in full by lump sum.
