**This announcement is for students completing Summer 2023 Semester.**

The Summer 2023 Semester Tuition Payment details are announced. If you are enrolled in a course or completing an internship, please read the information below carefully. If you are not completing any credits in the Summer 2023 Semester, you do not need to pay tuition. Please note: short semesters are no longer part of the learning model for Woosong University and are not required for graduation. Short semesters are generally for freshman or graduating students only. More information can be found here.

Invoice Checking & Installment Application Method

Installment Application Period: 2023.06.05 (Mon) ~ 2023.06.09 (Fri) 17:00 KST

Invoice Checking Period: 2023.06.05 (Mon) ~ 2023.06.09 (Fri) 17:00 KST

Payment Period without Installment: 2023.06.12 (Mon) ~ 2023.06.16 (Fri) by 17:00 KST

Payment Period with Installment: 
- Payment Period 1: 2023.06.12 (Mon) ~ 2023.06.16 (Fri) by 17:00 KST
- Payment Period 2: 2023.07.03 (Mon) ~ 2023.07.07 (Fri) by 17:00 KST

Invoice Checking/Installment Application Method: https://wsinfo.wsu.ac.kr/

Payment Method: through Hana Bank electronic transaction (you can go to the bank, or use the ATM service)

Note: The payment amount must be the same as that stated in the invoice, otherwise the transaction may fail. 

Note: Payment must be in the designated period. Non-payment will result in registration being cancelled. 

Note: If you apply for an installment application plan, reprint the invoice after the application is processed. If you do not pay the first installment, your installment payment plan will be automatically cancelled. 

Note: If the tuition to be paid is 0 KRW, for example due to return after Leave of Absence, complete '0 KRW registration fee payment process'.

Note: If you intend to make payment from a bank account outside of Korea, payment must be in USD. Contact your TA for a USD invoice to be issued separately.

If you have already paid the Summer 2023 Semester tuition but do not register for courses, the refund will be made at the end of June 2023 or the first week of July 2023, after the start of the semester (the period may change depending on circumstances). In addition, refunds are not possible if there is a course registration .
