The Re-Enrollment Period for Summer 2023 Semester, which will commence on 2023.05.19 (Fri), for students who are currently on Leave of Absence, is announced. Please see below for more information.

Re-Enrollment Procedure

- Email the International Administrative Center by 2023.05.12 (Fri) 18:00 KST if you plan to re-enrol. This is so your department can prepare for your re-enrollment. 

- Go to https://wsinfo.wsu.ac.kr and apply for re-enrollment during the Summer 2023 Re-Enrollment Period: 2023.05.19 (Fri) to 2023.05.26 (Fri) 17:00 KST. The process is: Login → Change of Registration → Application for Return → School Approval → Course Registration.

- Contact your TA so International Administrative Center can guide you on what else you need to do, including course registration, tuition payment and with regard to visa paperwork.

Note: Re-Enrollment applications will be cancelled if a student does not register for courses or pay tuition during the relevant periods (students can register for courses 3 days after the date of approval for return to school):

- Summer 2023 Semester Course Registration Period: 2023.05.22 (Mon) to 2023.05.24 (Wed) 17:00 KST

Note: If you are returing from medical leave, you will need to provide evidence in the infosystem that your medical condition has improved and you are fit to return to study.
