Would you like to learn more about environmental issues and meet fellow students and professors with a passion for the environment? Woosong University EARTH (Environmental Activists Ready to Help) Club will be meeting this semester.

Regular Meetings

Four in-person meetings will take place. Bring your lunch. Come to learn about taking care of the environment and climate change issues, practice speaking English, and have fun. No preparation required! Meeting time and venue is Thursdays at 12:00 to 12:50 in W6 202.

- Meeting 1: Week 4 (Mar 23)
- Meeting 2: Week 5 (Mar 30)
- Meeting 3: Week 10 (May 4)
- Meeting 4: Week 11 (May 11)

Community Enhancement Events

- Wayward Waste Walkabouts: We walk around zones of the campus in groups picking up litter. This makes you feel good and beautifies our campus. Week 6 (Apr 6, 6 to 7 pm) and Week 12 (May 18, 6 to 7 pm)

- Mountain Waste Walk: Dr. G will guide you through our nearby mountain trails and we will pick up litter on our trek to keep our mountains clean. Week 13 (May 25, 6 to 7:30 pm)

- Certificate Award Celebration: EARTH Club members will be treated to dinner and certificates of participation will be awarded to all active members. Week 14 (June 1, 6-8 pm)
