The Freshman Course Registration Period for Spring 2023 Semester is announced. This is only for Spring 2023 freshman, transfer (not change of major), exchange, study abroad and visiting students. 

Freshman Course Registration Procedure

Course Registration Period: 2023.02.27 (Mon)~2023.02.28 (Tue) 09:00~18:00 KST

Eligibility: Spring 2023 Semester freshman, transfer, exchange, study abroad and visiting students

Note: Courses will be held in offline (face-to-face) mode only and changes to course registration will not be permitted after semester begins.

Note: Complete course registration as early as possible to have more choice in course selection.

Note: When applying for courses, check they are the right courses in terms of department, date, time, section, etc. Some courses have specific sections for international students only. If you are a freshman student, you must register for Year 1 courses only from your department or from General Education.

Note: You must register for at least 9 credits in the main semester to be recognised as an enrolled student and at least 15 credits to maintain a scholarship. The maximum number of credits is 18. Consider what types of credit you need to take in order to be eligible for graduation on time. It is advised that you check your course registration carefully to ensure you have all the credits that you need for Spring 2023 Semester. This can be done via the infosystem or Woosong app.

Important Note for Currently Enrolled Students: currently enrolled students (i.e., those with a 2022 or before student number) who need to amend their course registration for valid reasons (course schedule conflict, closed or cancelled sections) must do so by paperwork exercise by visiting the International Administrative Center (W19 218) for paperwork exercise between 2023.02.20 (Mon) and 2023.02.28 (Tue) 09:00-18:00 KST. Course registration amendments will only be considered for valid reasons, and only if spaces exist in courses. Course registration amendment is subject to management approval and cannot be guaranteed. Strictly no changes to course registration will be permitted once the semester begins.
