The Re-Enrollment Period for Spring 2023 Semester, which will commence on 2023.03.02 (Thu), for students who are currently on Leave of Absence, is announced. Please see below for more information.

Re-Enrollment Procedure

Email the International Administrative Center by 2022.11.18 (Fri) 18:00 KST if you plan to re-enrol. This is so your department can prepare for your re-enrollment. 

Go to https://info.wsu.ac.kr (remember to use Microsoft Edge in Internet Explorer Mode) and apply for re-enrollment during the Spring 2023 Re-Enrollment Period: 2022.12.19 (Mon) to 2023.01.06 (Fri) 17:00 KST. The process is: Login → Change of Registration → Application for Return → School Approval → Course Registration.

Contact your TA so International Administrative Center can guide you on what else you need to do, including course registration, tuition payment and with regard to visa paperwork:

Note: Re-Enrollment applications will be cancelled if a student does not register for courses or pay tuition during the relevant periods (students can register for courses 3 days after the date of approval for return to school):

- Spring 2023 Semester Course Registration Period: 2023.01.16 (Mon) to 2023.01.20 (Fri) 17:00 KST
- Spring 2023 Semester Tuition Payment Period: 2023.02.22 (Wed) to 2023.02.28 (Tue) 17:00 KST

Note: If you cannot return for Spring 2023 Semester, for example because of personal circumstances, the Leave of Absence Extension Period is from 2023.01.16 (Mon) ~ 2023.01.20 (Fri). Please contact your TA directly if you wish to discuss this. Extensions are subject to approval and are not applicable to students who have already extended their Leave of Absence.

Note: A reminder that you must either return or apply to extend your leave, otherwise you may be subject to restrictions.
