On February 25th, Woosong University took a big step forward with its expansion into Kazakhstan. A special presentation for Woosong University Kazakhstan was held in Turkistan, the country’s most historically rich city, ahead of its planned opening this September.
The event, held at Congress Hall, brought together over 200 school principals and the Deputy Akim of the Turkistan Region, Beisenbai Tazhibaev. Nearly 1,000 attendees, including students, parents, and future graduates, gathered to explore the opportunities Woosong University Kazakhstan will offer.
The program opened with a speech by Deputy Akim Beisenbai Tazhibaev, followed by addresses from Woosong Foundation’s Honorary Chairman, Sung Kyung Kim, and the Dean of the Office of International Affairs, Spencer Shim.
Additionally, Woosong professors Rezia Usman and Bong Gyun Kim delivered insightful lectures on key topics such as job market trends, an introduction to Woosong University, and the SW education program. Their presentations provided attendees with valuable insights into the future of IT education.
Woosong University Kazakhstan is committed to equipping students and young professionals with high-quality education in information technology. It offers specialized programs designed to prepare students for the digital era, including:
