An academic year at Woosong University consists of two 15-week semesters, Spring and Fall, taken over 16 weeks, with one summer intersession semester available during your Freshman year. Students are expected to stay on campus each semester until their final assessment is completed. Students that take any summer or winter intersession classes may continue to stay in the campus dormitories during these sessions at a prorated rate.
Tuition fees vary depending on your area of study. Your cost of attendance includes tuition and fees, room and board, health insurance, and activity fee. You should also make sure to budget for books, supplies, transportation, and personal expenses.
All newly enrolled students have a one-time enrollment fee.

UNDERGRADUATE SUMMER INTERSESSION
Students have the opportunity to take one 3-credit summer semester, usually taken over 3~5 weeks, during the first summer of their Freshman year. Tuition for this semester varies depending on your program. The university’s dormitories will remain open for students who wish to stay there during this intersession. All students taking a summer course are expected to stay on campus until their final assessment is completed.
Students choosing to utilize university Room & Board during the intersessions can stay at a pro-rated rate. The meal plan for each summer intersession includes 1 meal per day with additional meals available for ~$4.
Students who receive a scholarship from our school will have it applied to their summer semester’s tuition at a rate of 15%.
GRADUATE SUMMER/WINTER INTERSESSIONS
Graduate intersessions are only required for the Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and the Master of Science programs. Summer and Winter semesters are usually one to two 3 credit hour classes taken over 3~5 weeks. Tuition for each of these semesters varies depending on your program. The university’s dormitories will remain open for students who wish to stay there during these sessions. All students taking summer or winter intersessions are expected to stay on campus until their final assessment is completed.

While these fees are optional it is highly recommended that you take advantage of the experiences that they provide. We have listed any optional fees and a brief description of how each one will be used during your tenure at Woosong University.
Student Activity Fee: This $300 fee is collected only once over your four-year stay at Woosong University. To gain the full experience it is highly recommended that you opt-in for the Student Activity Fee. Without this fee, you will NOT be able to participate in Sports Day and you will be unable to receive a department jacket.
