We are delighted to announce the opening of the application period for the International Dormitory.

Students who want to live in the International Student Dormitory (W3) must apply through the Info System.

Application Period:

2024.06.05.(Wed) 10:00 ~ 2024.07.12.(Fri) at 18:00 

(Application sent after the deadline will not be considered)

※ Results (tentative): 2024. 7. 26(Fri) 

How to apply:

1.       Go to https://wsinfo.wsu.ac.kr/

2.       Undergraduate -> Residence -> 학생기숙사신청관리 (재학생) -> 입사신청 (우송대)

Then, click on “기숙사” under “Applicants to live in the dormitory” -> Enter your information (Phone number, email, bank and account number, bankbook copy) -> click on “Agreement to terms of application” and “Consent to collect personal information” and press “Application to move into dormitory” at the bottom.

Check-In Period:

Check in period : starting from 2024.08.26(Mon)

※ Due to accommodation maintenance reasons, students cannot check in before the check-in date (2024.08.26)

Selection Criteria:

Current students selection criteria: GPA of 3.00 or higher in the first semester of 2024 converted to scores (100%) from the previous semester (excluding summer and winter semesters)

※ Selection restrictions: Those who are restricted from entering the dormitory according to dormitory operation regulations (those who have excessive penalty points)

Living in the Dormitory:

1) Living period : 2024. 8. 26(Mon) ~

※ Due to problems related to accommodation maintenance, students cannot check-in before the mentioned date. 

 2) Information on management fees and meal expenses (2024 Fall semester = 103 days)

※ Cooking is inside the rooms in the dormitory is prohibited 

※ One meal per day is mandatory, and the second and third meals can be consumed after purchasing meal tickets.

 ※ One meal per day is mandatory, and you can freely choose between breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

※ No refund if the mandatory one meal is not taken.

※ If necessary, you can purchase meal tickets (4.000 won) through a meal ticket vending machine.

3) Preparation
① Basic provision: bed (and mattress)/ desk/ wardrobe
② Students must personally prepare: personal bedding (blankets and pillows) / toiletries / personal clothing/ daily necessities/ photos for dormitory student records / chest scan results (x-ray) or Tuberculosis (TB) Test Certificate, etc.

Note that if you are returning from your hometown and want to live in the dormitory or even if you are currently staying in the dormitory and want to continue living there in the Fall 2024, you must apply through the info system.

The deadline to submit your application is 12th of July at 18:00.
