Dear Student,

**This email is for students currently outside Korea who are planning to come to Korea for Fall 2024 Semester**

Woosong University Visa Office is permitted to issue Certificate of Admission up to three months before a new semester begins. This document is required when applying for a student visa at the Korean embassy in your home country. If you intend to apply for Re-Enrollment or Re-Admission or come to Korea for the first time, you need to apply for a visa. 

The Korean Immigration Office has changed the procedure. Hard copy document submission is now required. Documents cannot be accepted by email or online upload. Please make sure to prepare all documents in advance. If you send your documents late, you may receive your Certificate of Admission late, resulting in late arrival to the university.

• Certificate of Admission Application Period: 2024.06.03 (Mon) – 2024.08.29 (Thurs) 12:00 KST 

• Application Method: Hard Copy Documents Mailed to Woosong University

• If you wish to Re-Admit or Re-Enrol, please reply to us with your Student ID and Name so that we can prepare your Tuition Invoice in advance.

• Also complete this Google Form so we know where to send the documents when ready.

Note: Once the application is processed, the Certificate of Admission and Woosong University Business License will be sent. These are the two documents you need from Woosong to apply for a visa.

Note: After it is issued, the Certificate of Admission is valid for 3 months only.

Note: If you have been on any kind of leave/expelled, you must apply for Re-Enrollment or be Re-Admitted using the infosystem before the Certificate of Admission can be issued. The Re-Admittance Period for those who have been expelled is 2024.07.08 (Mon) ~ 2024.07.12 (Fri), and the Re-Enrollment Period for those on leave is 2024.07.15 (Mon) ~ 2024.07.19 (Fri). Certificate of Admission cannot be issued to students who are not enrolled.
