2. Required Documents For Leave of Absence And Method of Application
Students who are currently enrolled.
Please come to the office for the application form.
3. Process of Applying For Leave of Absence From School
Consultation with the Advisor Professor -> Consultation with the head of the department -> Submit to W19 218.
4. IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please apply for leave of absence within the stated period. Any applications after the period will not be accepted.
Students who wish to take a leave of absence after paying tuition should bring a confirmation of tuition payment and apply in writing within the period from 2024.02.19. (Mon) to 02.23. (Fri).
Students who do not have a confirmation of tuition payment cannot apply for the second leave of absence.
Confirmation of payment of registration fee can be issued by the university information system after payment of registration fee. Please refer to the attached file for instructions.
Among the students who receive scholarships for their excellent grades, those who wish to take a leave of absence should apply for a leave of absence after paying the tuition.
Students must pay for the stated amount of tuition fee in order to apply for 2nd Leave of Absence.
