Hello everyone,

On September 25, we will be holding the Fall 2023 Welcome committee for all international students.  As the Korean academic year starts in March rather than September, this welcoming ceremony will be for all Freshman of the 2023 academic year.  If you arrived in Spring or Fall, you are still required to attend.

The Welcome Ceremony will be held in the W18 Arts Center Auditorium.  The ceremony begins at 16:30, so please arrive by 16:15.  There is designated seating for the major departments.

The ceremony is two parts:

Part 1 is located at the W18 Arts Center (16:30-17:45) (Spring & Fall 2023 International New Students attendance is required)

Part 2 is located at the W19 Endicott Building (18:00-20:30) (Fall 2023 International New Students attendance is required)
