As we approach the start of Fall 2023 Semester, International Student Support Team would like to provide some updates regarding dormitory application and move-in process for enrolled students. Please note this is only for currently enrolled students, incoming Fall 2023 freshman will be guaranteed a place and do not need to apply. 

It is very imporant for students to note that dormitory rooms cannot be guaranteed, except for freshman students, and not all students may be successful in their application. If you do not receive an email from International Student Support Team on 2023.08.24 (Thu), feel free to email us to check on your application status. 

Application Status and Invoice Checking

From 2023.08.24 (Thu) 09:00 KST  students will be able to check the status of the dormitory application and access the invoice for the dormitory fees through the infosystem - https://wsinfo.wsu.ac.kr/. Students will also receive an email confirmation from the International Student Support Team.

Move-In Period

This will commence on 2023.08.27 (Sun) - please bring a copy of your chest x-ray chest test results upon checking-in into the dormitory (this is to prevent the spread of Tuberculosis, also known as TB).

Note that if you are returning from your hometown and want to live in the dormitory or even if you are currently staying in the dormitory and want to continue living there in the Fall 2023, you must apply through the infosystem.
