The Fall 2023 Semester Tuition Payment details are announced. If you are enrolled in the Fall 2023 Semester, please read the information below carefully.

Invoice Checking & Installment Application Procedure

Installment Application Period: 2023.08.14 (Mon)~2023.08.18 (Fri) 09:00~18:00 KST

Payment Period without Installment: 2023.08.21 (Mon) ~ 2023.09.01 (Fri) 09:00~17:00 (excluding holidays and weekends)

Payment Period with Installment:

- Installment Payment Period 1: 2023.08.21 (Mon) ~ 2023.09.01 (Fri) 09:00~17:00 (excluding holidays and weekends)
- Installment Payment Period 2: 2023.09.18 (Mon)~2023.09.27 (Wed) 09:00~17:00 KST (excluding holidays and weekends)
- Installment Payment Period 3: 2023.10.23 (Mon)~2023.10.27 (Fri) 09:00~17:00 KST
- Installment Payment Period 4: 2023.11.20 (Mon)~2023.11.24 (Fri) 09:00~17:00 KST

Payment Method: through Hana Bank electronic transaction (you can also go to the bank, or use the ATM service)

The attached guides have instructions on invoice checking, installment application and how to download a receipt after you have paid tuition. You can also check the invoice in the Woosong University Smart Campus app. 

If you use a debit card to make payment, this will be reflected in the infosystem after 17:30 KST on the day of payment. Payment amount must be as stated in the invoice, otherwise the transaction may fail.

Note: It is mandatory to pay the tuition for Fall 2023 Semester and the insurance fee. Winter 2023 Semester and Student Union fee are optional (but those who do not pay the fee cannot participate in Student Union events). See attached sample invoice for more information.

Note: If you are not sure if you will take Winter 2023 Semester, you can pay the tuition nearer to the time (lump sum refund for those who do not take Summer Semester will be processed in early January only).

Note: If you apply for an installment application plan, reprint the invoice after the application is processed. If you do not pay the first installment, your installment payment plan will be automatically cancelled. In case of non-payment from the second installment, you may be subject to expulsion for non-registration. If the tuition bill is 500,000 KRW or less, it is not possible to apply for installment application.

Note: If the tuition to be paid is 0 KRW, due to full tuition scholarship or return after Leave of Absence, complete '0 KRW registration fee payment process' and pay insurance fee.

Note: If you intend to make payment from a bank account outside of Korea, payment must be in USD. Contact your TA for a USD invoice to be issued separately.

Note: In the case of Year 4 students and beyond, tuition fee may change based on course credits. In accordance with Article 4, Paragraph 7, Subparagraph 1 of the Tuition Collection Regulations, tuition for the 2nd semester of the 4th year (8th semester) is determined by checking the number of summer and winter (short) semesters, if any.

Note: Non-payment will result in Fall 2023 Semester records being cancelled or other consequences. If you take Leave of Absence, you must pay tuition in full before the Leave is approved.
