All Spring 2023 Semester freshman who applied have now received their Hana Bank x Woosong University bank book and card. Did you know Hana Bank have a variety of convenient English-language services? More details can be found below.

- Hana Bank website available in English, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese (checking balance, making payments, getting banking certificate, etc. in English-language).

- Hana Bank HanaEZ app (checking balance, making payment, transferring money internationally, etc. in English-language). Available on Google Play or App Store or search for "Hana EZ 하나은행 해외송금 전용 스마트폰뱅킹".

- Foreign language helpline (with service available in English, Chinese, etc.) can be contacted at +82 1599-6111.

For those more confident in Korean language, Hana Bank also have a Korean-language app called "Hana 1Q" with more functionality. Available on Google Play or App Store or search for "하나은행, 하나원큐는 돈기운 가득한 은행 앱".

If you prefer to use another bank and did not apply for a Hana Bank x Woosong University Account, you can still find an e-version of your Student ID Card in the Woosong Smart Campus app.
