The International Administrative Center announces that a vacancy has become available in our international team. The available position is for an International Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be graduating in August 2023 and be able to work full-time after that, though students graduating in 2024 who can work on a part-time basis will also be considered. The position combines full-time work with part-time evening study toward the Sol-MBA. Please find the details below.

Position: Full-Time/Part-Time International Administrative Assistant, International Administrative Center

Responsibilities: administration and communication duties to assist international students and faculty

Start Date: by August 2023, but the ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours a week)

Requirements: (i) a self-motivated individual interested in studying towards an MBA and gaining an insight into the workings of a busy Korean office; (ii) Korean-language working knowledge (ideally TOPIK 4 level) and English-language ability (minimum IELTS 5.5 or equivalent); (iii) excellent time keeping and team work skills

Please note:
- This is a work-scholarship position. The holder will work as an intern and study part-time towards the Sol MBA program, lasting two years. The tuition would be mostly covered by scholarship.
- Candidates should be expecting to graduate in August 2023 (or 2024 for part-time staff).
- Candidates should ideally be able to begin work as a part-time staff before August to complete on-the-job training.
