It is very important that students keep their contact details (email address and telephone number) in Korea updated, so professors and university administrators can contact them about course related and other matters. 

If you have changed your contact information (email address or telephone number), please update them on the infosystem. The attached instructions will guide you how to do this and the process is very simple. Please also email the administrative assistant for your department (your TA) to let them know.

This is especially important if you are a new student and perhaps used the contact details of a relative or agent in your home country during the application process.
