For those who need official documents printing, this can be done online.

University Certificates

For official university certificate issuing (for example Academic Transcript, Certificate of Enrollment, Certificate of Completion, Certificate of Graduation, Certificate of Leave of Absence, Certificate of Withdraw/Expulsion, Record of Scholarship, etc.), there is a fast and convenient way to do this online.

The system is available in English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese language (simply click in the top right corner to change the language) and certificates can be printed, either as a PDF or mailed in hard copy, in either English or Korean language.

You can also use the certificate printing machines located in W1 (Library & Information Center) and W7 (Woosong Hall).

Medical Documents

Also, if you have already visited a hospital but lost the certificate that was issued for Excused Absence, you may be able to print the certificate here. Please note this system is in Korean language, however any popular translator app should be of great assistance, for example Google Translate has a convenient translation extension to automatically translate a webpage.
