[Spring 2026] WS Certification Application Period

The WS Certification Submission Period is now open for 3rd and 4th year students.

To graduate in August 2026, students must meet the following:

  • Credit & Semester Requirements:
    Complete all required credits and attend a minimum of 8 main semesters at Woosong. 

  • WS Language Certification:
    Submit a valid certification in a non-native language (e.g., TOEIC 550+, IELTS 5.5+, Duolingo 80+, TOPIK 4+, approved Korean language courses, etc). 
    Submission format: Scanned PDF (screenshots not accepted).

  • Departmental Graduation Requirement:
    Requirements may vary by department (e.g., thesis, project, exam). The submission date for this will be announced later.

Important Reminders:

  • All students intending to graduate in August 2026 must apply for graduation through the infosystem, regardless of whether they have completed all graduation requirements.
  • Applications and documents must be submitted within the designated periods. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • If submitting documents via email, make sure to receive a confirmation reply. If you do not receive a response, it may indicate submission to the wrong email address.
  • For departments requiring a Capstone Project or Internship Report, you must upload the final version after grading by your professor. If the grading is not completed by the deadline, you should still submit the report before the deadline.
