As the first author, Prof. Umer Zaman has recently published a new paper entitled “Time Flies When You are Having Fun: The Mediating Effects of Project Opportunity Management in the Relationship Between Project Leaders’, Self-Efficacy, and Multidimensional Project Success” in the Project Management Journal (PMJ) which is an SSCI journal [Q1-rated /B-rank journal in Australian (ABDC) ranking and rated 1 in ABS/AJG]. The paper has also been co-authored by Dr. Leila Moslemi Naeni, Senior Lecturer, University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia.
This research focuses on the critical role project leaders’ self-efficacy plays in multidimensional project success in information and communications technology (ICT) industry projects. The study's outcomes offer useful insights to better understand how the advancing opportunities in project management can be exploited through self-efficacious project leadership.
