Woosong University had an honor of hosting Mr. Farzad Naimi—Co-Founder of RONA Holdings, renowned serial entrepreneur, investor, and global innovation mentor—for a special online guest lecture. With over 30 years of experience in innovation and venture building, Mr. Naimi has co-founded and scaled several billion-dollar companies. His firm, RONA Holdings, specializes in Disruptive Technologies, Biotech, and Artificial Intelligence, with an impressive track record of 18 successful exits in global markets.
The online lecture, titled “From Silicon Valley to Global Impact: Lessons in Responsible Entrepreneurship and Innovation,” offered students a unique opportunity to gain insight into the mindset and strategy behind launching meaningful ventures. Drawing on decades of hands-on experience, Mr. Naimi emphasized the importance of purpose-driven entrepreneurship, overcoming the challenges of global scaling, and leading innovation with integrity and ethical responsibility.
